monk's agents research, write, optimize, and report around the clock. You will build the systems that make that reliable. This role is fully remote within the United States.

What you will do:

• Design and ship agent orchestration, tool integrations, and guardrails

• Build client-facing dashboards and reporting pipelines

• Integrate ad platforms, analytics, CMSs, and review systems

• Set the bar for testing, observability, and safe automation

What we look for:

• 5+ years shipping production web systems, TypeScript or similar

• Experience with LLM-backed products or heavy API integration work

• Bias for boring, dependable engineering
