What you will do:
Run onboarding: goals, brand voice, approvals, and connected accounts
Read agent reports with clients and turn them into next steps
Spot at-risk accounts early and rally the right fixes
Shape the playbook for scalable, human customer success
What we look for:
2+ years in customer success or account management, ideally marketing-adjacent
Comfort explaining SEO, ads, and reporting to non-marketers
Organized, warm, and direct
