Clients hand monk their marketing. You make sure that trust pays off, from kickoff through every monthly report. This role is onsite in Vancouver, BC.

What you will do:

  • Run onboarding: goals, brand voice, approvals, and connected accounts

  • Read agent reports with clients and turn them into next steps

  • Spot at-risk accounts early and rally the right fixes

  • Shape the playbook for scalable, human customer success

What we look for:

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management, ideally marketing-adjacent

  • Comfort explaining SEO, ads, and reporting to non-marketers

  • Organized, warm, and direct
