What you will do:

• Supervise agent-produced campaigns across SEO, ads, and content before they reach clients

• Design approval gates, guardrails, and escalation paths

• Turn recurring client feedback into better agent playbooks

• Work directly with founders on operations strategy

What we look for:

• 5+ years in marketing operations, agency delivery, or revenue operations

• Comfort reviewing both marketing output and automation logic

• Calm, clear written communication
